There will be a 50% retainer fee to secure your date. You will want to book with us about a month out from your event to ensure your date is available. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.
Rush Orders under 10 days before the event will have an extra charge of $40.
Mockups must be confirmed 7 days before the event. Once you have confirmed the mockup you like, it will be a $50 charge if you change anything within a week from your event.
All payments are nonrefundable. You may request to reschedule your event for another date, as long as it is available and within 6 months of your original event.
Refunds of any kind will not be issued.
The installation fee starts at $40.
The delivery fee starts at $50 if your event is within 40 miles from us in Cumming. A dollar will be charged for each mile after the 40-mile radius. If we need a U-Haul for a huge installation, that is $20 extra.
If you rent props from us, we have to come back and take it down. We have a takedown fee of $15. We also offer a popping fee of $15.
Before you can rent out the bouncy house, you have to sign a waiver. The bouncy house is available for rental for a maximum of 6 hours.
**No food, drinks, paint, or shoes are allowed on or near the bouncy house. This is a toddler/kid bouncy house that can hold up to 180 pounds. There must be an adult chaperone outside of the bouncy house at all times.

We take orders by phone, email, DM, and through our inquiry form here on our website. We will respond within 48 hours. Any orders under 10 days are subject to a rush order fee. No. We only use high quality latex balloons to ensure our best work for our clients.
Our balloons last about 2 months indoor and a month outdoors. We only use high quality balloons and materials; however, some balloons may pop sooner than anticipated. The balloons are made of a natural latex rubber, which makes them thicker than other balloons and are 100% biodegradable.
You should expect some balloons to deflate or pop because of extreme temperatures, weather conditions, children and pets, foliage, & rough surfaces. We always have extra balloons on hand if some are popped while in transit or installation.
Depending on the order size, it can vary from 45 minutes up to 2 1/2 hours. We normally take about hour to an hour and a half.
All payments are final and nonrefundable. If your event is cancelled, you may request to reschedule it on another date as long as it is available and within 6 months of your original event date.
